All quotes require a nonrefundableResearch fee.
This fee covers:
The time needed to plan your custom trip
Assist with any changes or special requests with the Resort
Creating and Administering Payment Plans
Being accessible before and during your trip
Processing of insurance covered cancellation
and more.
Once payment is received, the client will receive quote within 48-72 hrs unless you opt for the rush fee.
Please NOTE* the actual quote pricing is subject to change atanytimeuntil your booking deposit is to paid.
Your quote will include a minimum of 2 quotes based on the information submitted using our request form. Only 2 revisions are offered in this quote within 9 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new fee. Feedback is required within 9 business days of the initial quote or risk abandoning quote request and closed out.
The Research fee is nonrefundable and non transferable. No exceptions! Research fees can not be reimbursed using travel insurance. If you are not interested in paying a research fee please refer to option 1.
