If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Regardless of your destination, when making your reservation, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant.

Reservation Considerations:
The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this web site due to their complexity or special requirements:
Reservations that include stays in more than one city.
Hawaii reservations that include stays on more than one island.
Ski reservations.
Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-727-1111 once you complete your booking online. If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. Regardless of your destination, when making your reservation, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant.
Upgrades to first class.

Airfares are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.
Under certain circumstances minors MAY be permitted to travel alone on the air portion of their trip but an adult is required for all land components of a vacation package. In these situations an adult must be present to take the unaccompanied minor to their originating flight and that adult will be required to provide information on the adult who will be picking up the minor at their final destination. Additional restrictions and requirements will apply for Delta Vacations to consider the acceptance of any unaccompanied minors. FAA regulations require that a separate seat be purchased for a child 2 years of age or older; a lap-held child under 2 years old does require a purchased ticket for travel outside U.S. 50 states at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Flight/Hotel Transfers
If airfare was not purchased through Delta Vacations — and this vacation includes airport/hotel transfers — we must be advised of the flight numbers, flight arrival and departure times, and dates of travel, in order to arrange and provide your transfers. Failure to do this will result in a forfeiture of transfers and no refund will be given.
Hotel Accommodations and Activities

Car Rental Information
Each rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period beginning at the time you pick up your car.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license held for at least one year and be at least 25 years old.

Passport identification may be needed at the time of car pick-up in international destinations.

Car Rental Information
Each rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period beginning at the time you pick up your car.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license held for at least one year and be at least 25 years old.
Some countries or car categories may also stipulate a minimum or maximum age limit.
Passport identification may be needed at the time of car pick-up in international destinations.
Charges not included at the time of booking include: Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, Theft Protection Coverage, gasoline, applicable taxes for optional services, local taxes, airport service charges, additional driver charges, and drop-off charges.
On delivery of your car, you will be required to leave a credit card to cover the insurance deductible.
Additional fees may apply and will vary by country.
Car rental companies or tour operators will not make partial refunds on unused services or apply any portion of the rental to charges for gasoline, insurance, or damages.

For reservations for travel within 30 days: full payment is required at the time the reservation is confirmed.
For reservations for travel outside of 31 days: payment may be applied as a deposit and a final payment. All payment information is required at the time of reservation; however only the deposit will be charged upon confirmation of reservation; final payment will be charged 31 days prior to departure.

Delta Air Lines eGift and Gift Card Terms and Conditions
eGifts and Cards may only be used for the total purchase price of air transportation, including taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed on the air transportation. They may not be used for any additional fees (including baggage fees) or for any other products or services (including class upgrades, in-flight purchases, premium seating, mileage booster, SkyMiles Cruises, cargo, hotel stays, or car rentals).
eGifts and Cards may only be used for travel on Delta Air Lines marketed flights, including those operated as Delta Connection® and by Delta Air Lines codeshare partners with a Delta Air Lines flight number.

Reservation Considerations:
The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this web site due to their complexity or special requirements:
Reservations that include stays in more than one city.
Hawaii reservations that include stays on more than one island.
Ski reservations.
Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-727-1111 once you complete your booking online. If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. Regardless of your destination, when making your reservation, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant.
Upgrades to first class.
Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
A reservation with more than four rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than four children.
Reservations that include an escorted tour.

Provide the reference number, certificate number and/or redemption code at the time of reservation (for electronic versions) OR, Submit the original paper document to Delta Vacations within five days of booking the reservation (for paper document versions); documents received after the fifth (5th) day cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

**If you are declining Travel Protection, the airfare portion of the booking is not reflected in the cancellation fees. The airfare portion that was paid will be credited in the form of a Delta Vacations travel voucher. The remaining land value at the time of cancellation will also be converted to a Delta Vacations travel voucher, minus any land cancellation fees (which will be deducted from the voucher value).
