A concierge planning fee is required to begin planning and ensures dedicated time is reserved for your cruise research, sailing comparisons, and stateroom guidance. Once submitted, your inquiry is officially confirmed and your cruise proposal preparation begins.
Please note: This page is for cruise inquiries only. The concierge planning fee is applied to planning services and is separate from cruise deposits and final trip costs.
What's Included:
- Cruise consultation review based on your inquiry details (destination, dates, budget, ship vibe, must-haves)
- Curated cruise recommendations featuring:
- Up to three (3) sailing options that best match your preferences
- cruise line and ship comparisons (style, inclusions, itinerary flow)
- stateroom category guidance (best value vs. best experience)
- Pricing and availability research at the time of quoting (including promotions when available)
- Supplier coordination to confirm current offers, booking terms, and important deadlines
- Guidance on add-ons upon request (pre/post hotel, transfers, excursions, beverage/dining packages, Wi-Fi, specialty experiences)
- Travel protection guidance and waiver support (when applicable)
- Booking support once you choose your sailing (deposit steps, passenger details, and timelines)
- One round of revisions (example: changing dates, swapping a sailing, or adjusting stateroom category)
Time sensitivity: Cruise fares and promotions are dynamic and may change until a deposit is placed.
Separate costs: The concierge planning fee is separate from cruise deposits, supplier payments, and travel costs.
Cancellation & Cruise Concierge Fee Policy:
I understand that plans can change, and I aim to support my clients with clarity and professionalism throughout the planning process.
The concierge planning fee for cruise inquiries is non-refundable, as it covers professional planning services and research time that begins immediately upon submission. These services include itinerary review, cruise line and sailing comparisons, stateroom guidance, and proposal preparation.
Once a cruise reservation is booked, all cancellations, changes, or penalties are governed strictly by the cruise line’s terms and conditions. Cruise lines may impose cancellation fees, change fees, or forfeiture of deposits and payments, and these charges are the traveler’s responsibility.
Cruise pricing, promotions, and availability are dynamic and not guaranteed until a deposit is placed. If a cancellation is required after booking, I will assist with the cancellation process and provide applicable documentation when available.
