The concierge planning fee for cruise inquiries is non-refundable, as it covers professional planning services and research time that begins immediately upon submission. These services include itinerary review, cruise line and sailing comparisons, stateroom guidance, and proposal preparation.
Once a cruise reservation is booked, all cancellations, changes, or penalties are governed strictly by the cruise line’s terms and conditions. Cruise lines may impose cancellation fees, change fees, or forfeiture of deposits and payments, and these charges are the traveler’s responsibility.
Cruise pricing, promotions, and availability are dynamic and not guaranteed until a deposit is placed. If a cancellation is required after booking, I will assist with the cancellation process and provide applicable documentation when available.
