Cancellation Policy: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If a deposit is made but you cancel the cruise before final payment date, you will receive a refund according to the chart below:

Name Change Policy: A one time name change fee of $75 will apply for any name change prior to sailing. Please note only one name change will be allowed per cabin. Two names changes in the same cabin is considered a cancellation. The above cancellation terms and penalties would apply.
 
Passport & Visa Policy: All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and any visas required for this cruise itinerary. Clients are responsible for securing necessary
visas and immunizations. US citizens with a US passport that is valid for more than six months do not need to obtain a UAE visa prior to traveling to the UAE if the duration of their visit will be less than one month.
 
Travel Insurance Policy: Travel insurance is optional however, quotes are individualized based on the booking. On your booking, you will be asked if you would like a quote for travel insurance or not. Selecting no is an understanding that you will be held to the cancellation terms above and may not receive a refund on your booking if you cancel. A travel quote is not an obligation to elect for insurance and you can decide not to add the insurance to your invoice or not.
