Cancellations after Nov 20, 2024 are subject to SEVERE PENALTIES up to the full program cost. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel for a covered reason. Travel insurance can also reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while travelling. They will even arrange and pay for a medical evacuation if needed.  Insurance costs are based on several factors, typically 10% of the trip cost. Pre-Existing Condition coverage is time-sensitive, and only available for 14 days after the initial trip deposit.

Rates include all port charges, government taxes, fees, and gratuities, and all of our optional Platinum Inner Circle special events, mastermind sessions, networking parties, and private group dinners. $250 per person will be charged as deposit to reserve the cabin. The balance is due on Nov 11, 2024, and will also be charged on the same credit card as was used for the deposit. Charges may appear as Royal Caribbean Cruise, Luxury Destinations Concierge, or TravelSafe Insurance.
