Once the official 2027 festival dates are released, our travel dates may shift slightly or an additional day may be addedto better align with the event schedule.

If a minor date adjustment is necessary, including the addition of one day, your current trip pricing will remain the same.

Any official date updates will be communicated to all booked travelers as soon as they are confirmed. If there is a change to the projected travel dates, all travelers will be notified promptly with the updated dates and any additional details.

Martha’s Vineyard during the African American Film Festival (AAFF) is one of the most popular and expensive times to visit the island. Accommodations, flights, transportation, and other travel-related expenses are significantly higher during this week, so pricing for this UGT will be higher than some of our traditional UGT trips.

🏡 ROOM SELECTION MATTERS

Pricing is based on both your bed selection and how many ladies we are able to comfortably accommodate in the house. Because this is a group home rental, choosing to have a bed or bedroom to yourself reduces the number of travelers we can accommodate, so single-occupancy rates will be higher than shared options.

• Single Bed in a Shared Room: You will have your own individual bed, but the bedroom will be shared with another UGT traveler. There is one set rate per person for this option.
• Queen Bed in a Shared Room – Double Occupancy: Two travelers will share one queen bed in a bedroom that may also be shared with other UGT travelers. The rate shown is per person and is lower because two travelers are sharing the bed.
• Queen Bed in a Shared Room – Single Occupancy: You will have the queen bed to yourself, but the bedroom will still be shared with other UGT travelers. This rate is higher because only one traveler is occupying a bed that could accommodate two.
• King Bed in a Shared Room – Double Occupancy: Two travelers will share one king bed in a shared bedroom. The rate shown is per person and is lower because the bed is being shared.
• King Bed in a Shared Room – Single Occupancy: You will have the king bed to yourself, but the bedroom will still be shared with other UGT travelers. This option is priced higher because one traveler is occupying a bed that could accommodate two.
• Private King Room – Double Occupancy: Two travelers will share one private bedroom and one king bed. The rate shown is per person.
• Private King Room – Single Occupancy: You will have the entire private bedroom and king bed to yourself. This will be the highest-priced option because one traveler is occupying a private room that could otherwise accommodate two people.

Please select your room option based on both your comfort level and budget. If you know you do not want to share a bed, please choose the private king option when booking and expect the higher rate.

🚨 Limited Availability

Because of the high demand on Martha’s Vineyard during AAFF and the limited number of bedrooms available, room selections will be first come, first served. Once a room category is full, we may not be able to accommodate additional requests for that option.

We want everyone to understand the pricing structure before booking so there are no surprises later. This is a premium travel week in Martha’s Vineyard, and our goal is to provide a comfortable, organized, and memorable UGT experience for everyone. 💖🍷

• Non-Member Pricing: Available to travelers who are not enrolled as UGT members or have not completed the registration requirements.

• A completed client form is required so we can collect your travel information, flight preferences, and other important trip details.

✈️ TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

✈️ Roundtrip Flights ARE Included

• Flight details and seat preferences will be collected through the client form.
• Any increase in airfare caused by late or missed payments will be the traveler’s responsibility.

🚐 Ground Transportation Included

• Group transportation will be provided for designated UGT group excursions and activities.
• Transportation outside of scheduled group activities is not included unless otherwise stated.

All excursions are optional — choose what fits your vibe and your budget.

⚠️ IMPORTANT EXCURSION POLICY

While all excursions are optional, you must clearly communicate by the stated deadline if you do not plan to participate in a scheduled activity.

Excursions and group activities are reserved in advance based on the number of confirmed participants. Once reservations and payments are submitted to vendors, they may become non-refundable.

If you do not notify us by the provided deadline and later decide not to participate, you may still be financially responsible for the excursion.

This policy allows us to maintain:

• Accurate reservations
• Fair pricing for all travelers
• Proper transportation arrangements
• Smooth group coordination
• A seamless experience for everyone

UGT moves intentionally as a group, and timely communication is important.

Failure to communicate your non-participation by the required deadline may result in no refund for that activity.

Our goal is to provide a fun, organized, elevated group travel experience while still giving everyone the freedom to enjoy Martha’s Vineyard at their own pace.
