Reminders:

  • To be considered a part of Brittany and Matthew’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Brittany and Matthew with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

  • 3 Night Minimum.
  • All guests must stay at Garza Blanca (day passes not sold.)
  • The wedding is on October 17th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
  • Please note Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a view of the ocean from your patio.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

    • If you cancel your reservation before April 5th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

    • Between April 5th and July 14th, 2025, A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled.

    • Between July 14th, 2025 and August 4th, 2025, any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

    • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 4th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
