Important Details
  • This experience is open to travelers of all ages.
  • Travel Antics does not communicate via text messages.
  • All communication, trip details, invoices will be sent via email. It is the travelers responsibility to read and respond to emails.
  • Travel Antics can not guarantee bedding. Accommodations are at the discretion of the resort staff and assigned at check-in.
  • Male and female travelers are welcome.
  • All travelers must complete the immigration and health arrival card (eTravel form) before departure to Philippines. 
  • Travel documents will be provided 14 days before your departure date.
  • All communication, trip details, invoices will be sent via email. It is the travelers responsibility to read and respond to the emails.
  • Travel Antics can not guarantee bedding. Accommodations are at the discretion of the hotel staff and assigned at check-in.
  • Valid passport books are required for travel. You can register now and secure your passport at a later date.
  • Airport transportation is only provided for guest flying into Mactan - Cebu International Airport (Airport Code: CEB)
  • All booking confirmation will be sent within 2 business days.

Important Note On Roommate and Cancellations
If multiple people are on a reservation and one person cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for any increase in price. Pricing is based on the date the change is made and not the original date the reservation was made. Not all travel protection policies cover a price increase due to a change in the number of passengers on a reservation. Please choose your roommates wisely, making sure they have the desire, commitment and funds to enjoy your travel experience, as cancellations can cost the remaining traveler.

Cancellations after October 5, 2025     Nonrefundable and nontransferable (no travel credits provided)
Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable.  
If payments are not received by the due date your trip may be cancelled, and all payments forfeit. Please consider purchasing travel protection which may provide reimbursement for certain cancellation reasons.
  • Cancellations and Changes: All cancellations and changes to your trip must be made in writing to info@travelantics.com.

By registering for this trip/event and making payments you are agreeing to Travel Antics Terms and Conditions (review the full terms here).
  • Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
  • Flight details MUST be submitted on or before  October 5, 2025. If flight details are not received by the required due date, the traveler will be responsible for their own airport transportation.
  • The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
