• Initial Deposit of $2,500 USD per person is non-refundable once paid.

• Final Payment is due 90 days prior to departure (by November 15, 2026).

• Cancellations received prior to final payment may forfeit the deposit but avoid additional penalties.

• Cancellations within 90 days of departure may result in 100% penalty and are non-refundable.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travel Experts HQ at your earliest convenience.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen changes or emergencies.
