By registering for this trip, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payments made toward this trip are non-refundable under a group contract with Surreal Journeys Travel.

Monthly payment plans must remain current to keep your reservation active.

Missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Prices and availability are subject to change until deposits are received.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

Guests are responsible for obtaining any required visas or travel documents.

Surreal Journeys Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for airline changes, schedule adjustments, government regulations, weather disruptions, or supplier changes.

Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.

Travel Protection Declination & Chargeback Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge that travel protection has been offered to me in connection with my travel arrangements.

I understand that travel protection is designed to protect my travel investment and may provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances that may impact my ability to travel.

I have been advised that many travel components associated with this trip are non-refundable and subject to supplier cancellation policies.

By declining travel protection, I understand and accept that:

• I am personally responsible for any financial losses related to cancellation, interruption, travel delays, missed flights, illness, injury, weather events, or other circumstances that prevent me from traveling.

• Any refunds will be subject strictly to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers, which may include airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.

• Surreal Journeys Travel acts only as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers and cannot override supplier policies or issue refunds outside of those policies.

• I understand that declining travel protection means I may lose part or all of my travel investment should unforeseen circumstances arise.

Chargeback Acknowledgment

By declining travel protection and completing payment for this reservation, I acknowledge that the services provided are non-refundable according to the supplier's terms and conditions.

I further agree that I will not initiate a credit card dispute or chargeback with my financial institution for services rendered in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

I understand that initiating a fraudulent chargeback for services that were properly authorized and contracted may be considered financial fraud and may result in additional collection efforts or legal action.

Final Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I was offered the opportunity to purchase travel protection
• I understand the risks associated with declining coverage
• I accept full financial responsibility for my travel investment

I release and hold harmless Surreal Journeys Travel, its owners, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any liability related to financial losses resulting from my decision to decline travel protection.
