    🌲 Take in the breathtaking beauty of one of Arizona's most scenic drives. Enjoy panoramic canyon views, photo opportunities, and a short rest stop.

    9:15 AM – Depart Oak Creek Canyon

    10:30 AM – Arrive at Grand Canyon South Rim
    🏞️ Enjoy approximately 3 hours to explore the Visitor Center, Mather Point, scenic overlooks, gift shops, and lunch on your own.

    1:30 PM – Depart Grand Canyon

    2:45 PM – Arrive in Williams, Arizona

Cancellation policy:

Terms & Conditions:
Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Terry’s Blissful Travel’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments:
Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided via invoice upon booking this trip. If you do not select Auto-Pay, you must use the invoice to submit all payments manually. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.

Credit/Debit Card Fees:
A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.

Late Payment Fees:
A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.

Failure to Submit Payments:
If you go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A $150 reinstatement fee will be required to restore your reservation.

Final Payment:
Final payment must be received on or before the stated due date. Failure to make final payment will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. Terry’s Blissful Travel will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation, all payments made to Terry’s Blissful Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy, most carriers require that you purchase it within 7–14 days of your initial deposit (some require same-day purchase).

 Bus Tour Agreement Reservation & Payment Policy
A reservation is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Prices are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Cancellation & Refund Policy All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds will be issued for missed departures, voluntary cancellations, or unused portions of the trip. Assumption of Risk Traveler understands participation in bus tours and group travel may involve risks including injury, illness, theft, delays, accidents, or mechanical issues. Traveler voluntarily assumes all associated risks. Release of Liability Traveler releases and holds harmless Terry’s Blissful Travel, its affiliates, suppliers, transportation providers, and partners from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the trip. Transportation Disclaimer & Motor Coach Liability Waiver Terry’s Blissful Travel acts only as an independent intermediary between travelers and transportation providers. Transportation may be provided by independent motor coach or charter bus companies. Terry’s Blissful Travel is not the owner or operator of the motor coach and is not responsible for mechanical failures, traffic delays, accidents, driver actions, road closures, transportation interruptions, equipment malfunctions, or negligence of third-party transportation providers. Traveler voluntarily assumes all risks associated with motor coach and charter bus transportation and agrees to release and hold harmless Terry’s Blissful Travel from any transportation-related claims or liabilities. Conduct Policy Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund. Alcohol, Smoking & Illegal Substances Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unsafe alcohol consumption are prohibited on the bus unless permitted by the transportation provider and local laws. Timeliness & Departure Policy Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for all departures. The bus will not be delayed for late passengers. Medical Responsibility Traveler certifies they are physically capable of participating in the trip and are responsible for medications, medical expenses, and personal insurance coverage. Personal Belongings Terry’s Blissful Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Seating Policy Bus seating is first come, first served unless otherwise designated by the tour organizer. Photo & Video Release Traveler grants permission for photos and videos taken during the trip to be used for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided before departure. Force Majeure Terry’s Blissful Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by weather, natural disasters, road closures, pandemics, supplier issues, government actions, or events beyond its control.
