Terms & Conditions

The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Live Travel Go and the term "I", "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

 

THANK YOU FOR PARTNERING WITH US: Before we can begin services, you must review and agree to the terms and conditions. Live Travel Go LLC is a division of Balanced Lifestyle Management LLC and will be referred to as “Live Travel Go” herein:

 

I understand that Live Travel Go is not the source of the travel services requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I understand that the suppliers' names that may appear on the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers. 

 

While not anticipated, I also agree not to hold Live Travel Go responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

 

I accept that Live Travel Go is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.

 

I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare.  Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Live Travel Go is not in a position to advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular time.  Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).   

 

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Live Travel Go if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

 

I have been advised that it is best to use a credit card as debit cards can cause unexpected holds on my account that are outside of the control of Live Travel Go. In addition, while not expected, should a vendor cease operating, a credit card will offer greater protection. 

 

I understand that it is my responsibility that when I make a reservation with Live Travel Go that the name/names used matches my valid government issued ID that is required for the destination and to ensure that I have valid government issued documentation to comply with the travel requirements prior to travel. If a name change is needed after final payment, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

 

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.  I further acknowledge that beginning on October 1, 2020, I must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).   

 

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas and that I am ultimately responsible. I understand that it is my responsibility to have a valid passport. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.  Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. 

 

Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov.

 

I understand that the airline tickets, air tours or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Live Travel Go to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. 

 

Live Travel Go will issue final travel documents as applicable prior to your travels. If you are traveling with children under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for children on most tours is 16. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a child will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents or only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel, should be carried with you as a best practice.
 
Photographic Release: I understand that Live Travel Go may take photographs or video of its trips where I may be featured or I may be asked if I am willing to voluntarily share photos taken independently during my travel as arranged by Live Travel Go. I give permission to Live Travel Go to use some of my photos for promotional purposes without expectation of payment of any compensation. If you do not wish for your photos to be featured, please email us and advise at staff@livetravelgo.com.
 

Cancellation Fees: Live Travel Go will charge a fee of $100 (domestic) and $200 (international) should I choose to cancel my trip. If a non-refundable deposit was paid, Noire Travel Group will waive the cancellation fee. 

 

Time is of the essence: I understand that prices are subject to increase until a deposit is received even after a quote is provided. I understand that time is the essence to secure quoted rates.

 

Credit Card Transactions: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, not against Live Travel Go. In the event that payment has been made to Live Travel Go by credit card (i.e. planning fee, cancellation fee), you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Live Travel Go. If Live Travel Go incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs and settle the amount due to Live Travel Go.

 

Travel Insurance: For my protection, I have been advised that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect my investment and that is ultimately my responsibility to purchase. I understand and accept all risks and the possibility of losing some or all travel costs should I opt out. I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred. 

 

Additional Tax and Surcharge Fees and National Park Fees: Additional taxes and surcharges (including carrier imposed surcharges) that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers. In addition, after a booking is secured, should a national park as arranged in your itinerary increase fees prior to arrival, you would be responsible for the difference.

 

Responsibility: We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, Live Travel Go and its affiliates and their employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, officers, directors, successors, agents and assignees do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including without limitation, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Live Travel Go or any of Live Travel Go‘s affiliated entities.

 

Force Majeure: Live Travel Go is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
