Payments and Payment Plans
All payments to "Travelista Chronicles" are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travelista Chronicles has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. Your payment is late 5 days after the due date, after 15 days your trip will be cancelled. After more than 2 late payments, you must sign up for "Auto Pay".
Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured.
Entry Requirements
US Citizens need a Cuban Visa (not included) to enter Havana. You may travel to Cuba under 1 of 12 pre-designated areas in a group. The designated area we are all traveling under is “Support for the Cuban People." Please mark this designation on any travel documents upon entry and exit from Cuba. You will be buying from local businesses, learning about the culture.
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. In order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than April 9, 2025.
Physical Activities
This tour involves little physical activity outside of our walking tours. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.
