Trip Details
Guests must be able to participate in the days offered. You have the choice of 3 nights or 4 Night Stays. Can be any combination of dates between July 2-6,2026 but must have over night stay of Friday and Saturday night.
There are no price adjustments if guests cannot attend all days. Our packages are for up to four people per room. If you have more than four people in your party, you must book multiple rooms.

Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits made towards bookings are non-refundable. However, these deposits may not be transferred towards another booking with Horizon Travel Agency, subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions. -
Non-Refundable Payments:
All other payments made towards bookings are also non-refundable unless explicitly noted otherwise in your booking confirmation or contract. -
Travel Insurance:
To protect your travel investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This can provide coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or change your travel plans. -
Cancellation Procedure:
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Please email your request to info@horizontravelagency.club. Cancellations will only be considered effective once you receive a written acknowledgment from Horizon Travel Agency, LLC.

1. What are the travel dates for this experience?
The trip runs from July 2–6, 2026. That’s 5 days and 4 nights of nonstop culture, music, food, and fun in the heart of New Orleans.
2. What’s included in the package?
Your Essence Fest experience includes:

3. Is airfare included?
No, airfare is not included in your package. However, we’re happy to assist with flight suggestions and booking support if needed.
4. What happens if I book a double or triple occupancy room and my roommate cancels or doesn’t pay?
If any roommate fails to make payments or cancels, your room type and rate will automatically be adjusted to reflect the correct occupancy type at the current rate.
Example: If you booked double occupancy and your roommate drops out, your package will switch to single occupancy pricing. Please make sure everyone in your party is equally committed.
5. Can I bring a guest or roommate?
Absolutely! If you’re traveling with someone, be sure to book the correct Double or Triple Occupancy option. If you’re solo, book Single Occupancy for your own private room.
6. Are deposits refundable?
No, all deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to another Horizon Travel trip, depending on availability and terms.
7. Are payments refundable?
No. All payments made toward your booking are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your individual booking confirmation.
8. Do you offer travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended and can protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. We’ll share options for purchasing coverage, or feel free to use a provider of your choice.
9. How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel, you must email your request to info@horizontravelagency.club. Cancellations are only effective once we confirm in writing that your request has been received.
10. What if I book after July 6, will the deposit be the same? No, after July 6 the deposit will be $100 per person.
11. What should I expect before the trip?
We’ve got you! You’ll receive a detailed pre-travel guide with packing tips, itinerary reminders, dress codes, and more as the trip gets closer. Stay tuned and stay ready!
