Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (email info@mystyleoftravel.com) and cannot be made verbally. If you have travel protection and a cancellation is received in writing by My Style of Travel before the final payment due date of your trip, the deposit, the cost of the travel protection and a $75 service fee will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded. If you do not have travel protection, all funds will be retained. 

After final payment has been made and you request to cancel your trip, a cancellation fee will be applied by supplier because your hotel accommodations have been confirmed.  You must submit a claim through the travel insurance company. Your refund will be issued based on the package purchased minus travel protection cost, My Style of Travel cancellation fees and any other supplier-imposed fees. 

• All payments to My Style of Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Travel protection is mandatory and will allow you to cancel and transfer all money paid minus your nonrefundable deposit of $150. 

• Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government issued ID.

• Failure to receive your passport prior to departure will result in all money being forfeited unless you add travel protection. 

• Prices are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed. 

• Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety of harmony of travelers. My Style of Travel assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.

• You must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.

• Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.

• Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee until final payment with management approval.

• Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date with management approval.

• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

• Flights must be purchased and information to My Style of Travel by 2/2/2022.

• Roommate Payments - Roommates must complete separate registration form and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separately.

• Hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
