Our journey begins in Porto, one of Europe’s most captivating cities, with an optional two-night pre-cruise experience featuring local food, wine, and cultural discoveries. From there, we’ll board AmaWaterways and sail through the breathtaking Douro Valley, where terraced vineyards, historic villages, and exceptional wines create one of Europe’s most memorable river cruise experiences.

This is not a trip built around rushing from sight to sight. It is an invitation to slow down, connect with Portugal, share memorable meals, discover remarkable wines, and travel alongside a small group of curious, like-minded travelers.

Porto Prelude: Deposit of $100 per person is non-refundable, balance once paid is 50% non-refundable until 30 days prior to departure, within 30 days prior to departure all payments are non-refundable.

AmaWaterways River Cruise: Deposit of $500 per person is 50% non-refundable, 89-60 days before departure: 35% of cruise is non-refundable 59-31 days before departure: 50% of cruise is non-refundable, 30 days or less before departure: 100% of cruise is non-refundable. Cruise bookings are non-transferable, this booking grants passage for only the passengers named on the registration, it may not be sold or transferred by the passengers.
