Booking your room here will guarantee your attendance to all wedding festivities & events!
Bri + Scott have created a group contract to be booked through myself, their travel agent. Please read below to begin your booking request.
Your room will be booked for May 9th to 13th. For date changes, please specify in your booking request.
You CAN come earlier & stay later. 
 

What's included:

  • Hotel Stay at Sandals Grande St Lucian
    • This resort is all-inclusive which includes: food, drinks, pool access,  certain activities on property, and your stay at the resort
  • Shuttle transfer service from UVF
  • Travel Insurance

What's not included:

  1. Meals at the airport + while traveling
  2.  Baggage costs: These will vary per airline.
  3. Gratuities while traveling and at the resort. (Grat is ONLY needed for butlers & spa. You do not need to tip in general at the resort.)
  4. Evacuation/Disaster Coverage insurance: Travel assistance plan that includes on-demand advice and fully funded assistance for medical mishaps and security incidents. Protects MORE than standard travel insurance (fills in the gaps and enhances protection), such as evacuation, COVID-19 quarantine expense cover and medical transfer, crisis management, and more. (e-mail me to add this!)
  5. Flights to and from St Lucia (UVF)
  6. Excursions: Can be booked through myself! Options available here -- please email me with your selections so I can make sure it is linked to your reservation. Due in full at time of booking. Extras to book
 
 

How to Book:

You can book in two ways:
  • Fill out the form here on the website.
  • Send me an email with the following:
    • Legal Names on Passports + Birthdays
    • Room desired 
    • Dates desired
    • Phone number
I will reply within 24 hours with your package on hold to confirm price. Deposit MUST be processed within 3 days or price is not guaranteed.

Things to note:

  • HOTEL CHECK IN &CHECK OUT: Check -in time is 3:00pm and check out is 12pm. Individual group members may contact the hotel’s front desk the day before their flight to schedule a late check out. Individual group members may contact the resort’s front desk the day before their flights to arrange their airport transfer.
      • Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be accepted for such incidental charges. CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS: Guests are required to provide a credit card at check in for incidentals fees (i.e.; tours, gift shop purchases, etc.)
        • You can decline the card on file system, but this will prevent any charging to your room for things such as spa and excursions.

Cancellation/Payment policy:

 
Deposit is due at time of booking - $400 per room
An $800 payment is due by November 1st 2023
Balance is due February 15th 2024
 
Insurance that will be added: $124 per person - paid within the $800 payment
 
 
Cancellation Terms:
Cancel prior to 91 days of arrival with no penalty.
If Insurance was purchased, cancel anytime for a full refund less insurance costs.
 
If notice is received 90 - 75 days prior to arrival, 10% deposit becomes non-refundable
If notice is received 74 - 46 days prior to arrival, 45% of full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation
If notice is received 45 – 0 days prior to arrival or "NO SHOW" rooms will be charged 100% penalty of full room revenue
 
 
*terms will vary for bookings with custom airfare options which will be disclosed at booking/quote request.
 
 
 
Other things to know:
  • Valid Passport is required for ALL travelers.  Passport must be in hand at time of booking. 
  • You may book your own flights, or I can book them for you.
    • Flights can be added to your Sandals package - due in full at time of booking. Please e-mail me to book your flights. 
    • Once booked, please email to me with the subject line "Bri + Scott's Wedding Flights" so that I can add your transfer service. 

       

  • Sandals Grande St Lucian is located nearly two hours from the UVF airport.  Be sure to pack snacks or drinks for the airport ride. 
  • If you choose to book outside of the group block, please be aware that a wedding day pass must be purchased. 
  • Insurance MUST be added prior to final payment with Sandals Resorts. Insurance is $248 per room. Details can be found here: https://www.tripmate.com/wpf389u

Booking outside of the group booking may result in extra fees to attend wedding events. 
Rooms are double occupancy ONLY.
Single travelers must have approval to travel alone (Sandals rules - not mine!) --- Please email me if you need this approval. 
 
 
Insurance of $248  per room will be added automatically. Please account for this cost when looking at room costs. 
 
 
 
Sandals books VERY far in advance. To ensure your room meets your wants, please book with me ASAP. Once your request is received, I will confirm the dates, room category & amount via email. Once confirmation is received back, I will process deposit. Insurance is due at time of final payment.
