I authorize Elevated Heights Travel, LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Elevated Heights Travel, LLC are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Cancelation policy

All payments to Elevated Heights Travel, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. This is because Elevated Heights Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other travel vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 

Travel Protection

Elevated Heights Travel, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages that may arise in advance of during or after the trip. All travelers are offered travel protection through Arch RoamRight listed on the main page with trip highlights. Travelers also have the option to purchase travel protection through our built in Faye travel insuirance. Travelers who choose not to purchase any travel protection, whether through Elevated Heights Travel, LLC or another third party travel insurance provider do so at their own risk.  Elevated Heights Travel, LLC will not be held liable for missed flights, delayed flights, lost luggage or any other travel related costs. Traveler is highly advised to purchased a travel protection. Contact your credit card company to see if they have a travel protection plan to see if you may already be covered.
