📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Terms

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date listed on your booking confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
1.3. Prices are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed, and full payment has been received.

2. Changes and Cancellations

2.1. Any changes to your reservation (such as traveler name, travel dates, or destination) must be requested in writing. Modifications may incur additional costs and are subject to availability and the policies of our third-party partners.
2.2. If you wish to cancel, you must submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the time remaining before departure and the policies of our travel partners.
2.3. If a supplier cancels or alters the trip, you will be notified immediately. We will make every effort to arrange an alternative or issue a refund according to the supplier’s terms.

3. Travel Documentation

3.1. Travelers are fully responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Book with Tara Travels will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with entry requirements.
3.2. The agency is not liable for any denied boarding, entry refusals, or additional costs resulting from invalid, expired, or missing travel documents.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
4.2. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase adequate coverage. If insurance is declined, you must sign a waiver acknowledging that it was offered and declined. Book With Tara Travels is not responsible for losses incurred due to lack of insurance.

5. Liability

5.1. Book With Tara Travels acts solely as a booking agent between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, etc.) and is not liable for injury, loss, or damages caused by these third parties.
5.2. The agency is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Travelers assume personal responsibility for risks such as illness, delays, or cancellations.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and entry requirements for their destination, including necessary vaccinations or medical documentation.
6.2. We encourage all travelers to review official government travel advisories before departure.

7. Complaints

7.1. Any issues or complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of returning from your trip.
7.2. Book With Tara Travels will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns fairly but cannot guarantee compensation for issues caused by third-party suppliers.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1. Book With Tara Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts.

Fairness & Integrity

To ensure fairness and safety for all travelers, only guests who have booked directly through Book with Tara Travels may participate in group accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
This policy helps maintain accurate records, fair pricing, and the best experience for everyone in the group.

Respect for Others

Please show courtesy, patience, and respect toward fellow travelers, local communities, and staff at all times.

Group Cooperation

Group travel depends on teamwork — please be on time, follow the itinerary, and communicate with your tour leader or guide about any concerns or schedule conflicts.

Prohibited Conduct

Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, violence, or excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. These actions may result in immediate removal from the group without refund.

Conflict Resolution

If conflicts arise, the tour leader or designated representative will mediate. Travelers are expected to cooperate to ensure a positive and harmonious group environment.

Non-Compliance

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in dismissal from the tour, with no refund for unused portions. Any additional costs incurred as a result of removal will be the traveler’s responsibility.
