Note: All booking need to be made via this booking site or through our travel agent, ABrown Planning Travel Services LLC. Any bookings or accomodations made outside of this group will not be honored or be able to attend any of the private events.

Booking Instructions:

If you are booking for double occupancy, you can book one of two ways:

Select room type, then click on drop down for the number of passengers
- Select two people it will generate both totals on one invoice
- Select one person, it will generate a separate invoice for each individual

Note: If your roommate cancels late minute and you are unable to find a replacement, you are responsible for the additional charge to switch from double to single occupancy. Prices vary based on room category selected.

ROOMMATES:

If needed, ABrown Planning Travel Services and Mr. Come On Somebody Fitness will assist with helping to partner you with a roommate for this trip.

However, in the event you have selected a double occupancy and there is no roommate available or your assigned roommate cancels, you will be subject to any additional cost to switch to single occupancy.

Also, if your roommate cancels, YOU are responsible for getting a new roommate or the price difference to change the room from double to single occupancy.

Travel insurance (use InsureMyTrip or TravelInsurance.com)
Triple and quad occupancy not available ( 3 -4 people in a room)

*Rate does not include airfare. Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended in the event that you are unable to make the trip.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

PAYMENT INFORMATION: There is a convenience fee charged to cover processing fees.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to contactus@abrownplanning.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.

FEES: Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to ABrown Planning Travel Services prior to July 1, 2024, anytime after a change fee will be assessed. In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $75 late fee per person.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Once deposit is received, a monthly payment reminder is sent until final payment date.

IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

REFUNDS: All payments to ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

International Travel:

All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department's Consular website at www.dhs.gov.

All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.
