Booking Instructions:

If you are booking for double occupancy, you can book one of two ways:

• Select room type, then click on drop down for the number of passengers
  • Select two people it will generate both totals on one invoice
  • Select one person, it will generate a separate invoice for each individual

Note: If your roommate cancels late minute and you are unable to find a replacement, you are responsible for the additional charge to switch from double to single occupancy. Prices vary based on room category selected.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  There is  a convenience fee  charged to cover processing fees. 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

3. Enable Autopay to have payments auto deduct out of your account/card. 

International Travel:

All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department's Consular website at www.dhs.gov.

All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean  will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.
