By signing this form you grant permission to debit your account for the amount indicated by the indicated date. This permission is for a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to your account. 

Charges are payable ONLY to the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier. For non-commissionable activities or use of local vendors/suppliers (i.e photography, costumes, chef, local activities, local transportation etc), your travel agent Royal504Traveler may need to accept and process charges through their agency.  Cash or checks are not an acceptable form of payment.

Royal504Traveler can accept non-cash payment for their personal services/expertise in managing your travel/booking (i.e admin fees, research fees, planning fees, etc) 

I certify that I am an authorized user of this debit/credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
