Communication & Booking Details:
For a seamless experience, all communications will be in writing and channeled through "Travel Joy," our dedicated booking platform. This ensures a streamlined and organized process for you and the entire group.
Upon booking, an email thread will be initiated between you and Charlie, our travel agent. Be sure to monitor your inbox for his emails, as they will provide crucial details such as due dates, available excursions, and comprehensive travel guides for your destination.
If you're interested in a room category not listed below, it's because it isn't part of our reserved block. However, we're more than happy to accommodate your preferences by adding different room categories upon request. For pricing and availability of alternative room options, reach out to Charlie@simplyclassictravels.com.
Child & Adult Pricing Guidelines:
- Children under 3 stay free when accompanied by two paying adults (up to 2 children).
- For children aged 3-17, the rate will vary.
When making your reservation, please refrain from adding children as additional travelers, as they will be automatically billed at the adult rate. Instead, first, secure the reservation for all adults. After receiving your confirmation, inform Charlie about any children you'll be adding to the reservation. Your invoice will be updated and your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the additional guests.
You have the flexibility to either settle your payment in full or opt for a tailored monthly payment plan based on your reservation. If you choose the latter:
- Expect monthly email reminders from Charlie regarding your upcoming payments.
- Each month, you'll receive a secure link to verify a security code, authorizing your payment.
- Your card will only be charged on the specified due date. For instance, if you get an email on the 20th highlighting an upcoming payment, you can authorize it right away, but the actual charge will occur on the due date, say the 27th
