• Day 1:  Arrive Athens

   

  Upon arrival at Athens Airport meet with our representative and transfer to your hotel.

  Day 2:  Athens Half Day City Tour

   

  Breakfast in the hotel. Today you enjoy Athens, which will give you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop).

   

  Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex-Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library and the Constitution Square (Syntagma).

   

  On the Acropolis, visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, The Erechtheion, and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis Museum. After that, return to the hotel. Free afternoon.

  Day 3 - Athens - Mykonos

   

  Breakfast in the hotel. Early in the morning you will be transferred to Piraeus port. Embarkation on your ferry and sail off to Mykonos Island. Upon arrival in Mykonos, transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

  Day 4 – Mykonos Island City tour

  Breakfast in the hotel. Mykonos - Labyrinth and Landscape... A pearl in the Aegean Sea - blue sky,

  beautiful snow - white houses, lovely beaches everywhere... Starting the City and Island tour by walking the small and narrow streets, we have many possibilities to take nice photographs in the early morning, quiet city. 

   

  We get orientation and information in the labyrinth of the old town as well as impressions of the small port and the churches in town. Of course, we will see the famous windmills and find Petros the Pelican, the mascot of Mykonos. After this we are exploring the island via bus, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner landscape.

   

  We see fishermen and kaikis, small private chapels and houses built in typical Cycladic style. 

  In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, an idyllic place 6km from town,

  where the guests have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square

  and they can visit the monk monastery Panagia Touraine built in the 16th century. 

  Next stop is Kalafatis Beach where there is time to relax a little and have a coffee or

  a refreshment (not included), before going back to town and to reach a place with a fantastic view all over the town and neighbor islands. A half-day-tour with a lot of impressions and useful information!

  Day 5 – Mykonos Free Day 

  Breakfast in the hotel. The day is free to explore on your own.

  Day 6 - Mykonos - Santorini

   

  Breakfast in the hotel. Check out and transfer to Mykonos port. Ferry embarkation and sail off to Santorini Island. Upon arrival in Santorini, transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

  Day 7 - Santorini Volcano Cruise 

   

  Breakfast is at hotel.
  
  Transported via bus to the main port of Santorini, Athinios Port, you will be guided to one of our boats. The tour will start at 10:15AM. Our first destination will be the famous volcano of Santorini. After 20 minutes sailing, we will reach Nea Kameni’s jetty. If you are interested to be guided at the volcano, you need to pay required entrance fee. You will stay at the volcanic island for 1.5 hrs and in the end you will embark again to our boat for the next stop. 

   

  Our next stop will be the island of Palea Kameni where the famous hot springs are located on the west side. We will stop there for 30 min, 30 meters from the shallow waters of Agios Nicholaos’ Beach.

  
  Next stop is the island of Thirassia. Thirassia is a miniature of what Santorini used to be several years ago. Thirassia is a virgin island, still untouched by tourism and modern lifestyle. We will stay there for 2 hours, to explore this picturesque and traditional village as well as to taste the authentic Santorinian cuisine. 

   

  At the end of our tour, the disembarkation will be in the magical port of Oia. From there, you can either climb the 200 landings of the port or by using the local donkeys (additional fee). After reaching the top of the village, you will have the chance to explore the unique alleys, discover its rich market as well as to enjoy the most breathtaking sunset of your life! After the sunset, you will head for the spot that our buses will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

  Day 8 - Santorini 

   

  Breakfast in the hotel. Check out and transfer to the airport for your onward flight to USA.
