• Traveling to Saint Lucia requires a valid passport. Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport for this trip should not expire before December 26, 2026. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
• Travel insurance is NOT INCLUDED in your package; you must purchase it on your own. In the event of a cancellation, you must use the third-party travel insurance provider to receive any refunds (See terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider). A third-party recommendation is provided above.
• Most travel insurance providers allow up to 14 days after the deposit payment to secure cancel for any reason travel insurance/protection.    
• Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED Saint Lucia's airport code is UVF
• A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. 
• Each traveler will be charged $6 USD Tourism levy per night at check-in
• The Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30-60 Days in advance to plan your free time while in Saint Lucia
• Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend that all attendees should arrive in Saint Lucia on June 25, 2026, before 4:00 p.m.
• To secure your round-trip airport transfers, Destins by Dorsey must receive flight information 45 days before your trip's departure, May 11, 2026.

Failure to submit your flight information to Destins by Dorsey by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.

• Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia resort is approximately a 70-minute drive from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), not considering the traffic.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
• All payments, including deposits and subsequent payments, to Destins by Dorsey for Lucia: Love Island are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. This is because Destins by Dorsey has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. 
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification/Passport.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date.
• Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date of April 1, 2026.
• Management must approve all late payment requests (submitted in writing) before the final payment date on your account.
• Any trip not paid in full by the final payment date (April 1, 2026) will be subject to cancellation or, at best, a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, no refunds or transfers will be issued.  
• All travelers booking the Lucia: Love Island are responsible for purchasing their own flight to Saint Lucia
• A WhatsApp Group will be created 7 days before departure

• All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
• No credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for any unused portion of the trip, missed activities, or early departures.
• Trip protection or TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STONGLY ENCOURAGED to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.).
