ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.  Full payment for this trip is due by April 1, 2026

PAY AS YOU GO

If you choose not to enroll in automatic billing, you can pay at your convenience as long as Destins by Dorsey, LLC receives the final payment no later than April 1, 2026. Suppliers reserve the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full by the deadline listed on your invoice. It is strongly recommended that timely, monthly payments be submitted to maintain a comfortable payment plan.  

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection, which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation.  Additionally, all cancellations are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier.  You can protect yourself and your investment from unforeseen circumstances by purchasing travel insurance/protection. Even with insurance, pending which insurance you choose, all funds are not subject to refund. Your refund will be less than the amount of fees, services rendered, supplier-imposed fees, cost of the policy, etc.  Destins by Dorsey, LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance/protection through a third party. Please be mindful to cancel for any reason; travel insurance/protection must be added no later than 14 days after securing your reservation with a deposit.  If you prefer a referral, check out Allianz Travel Insurance
