A $150 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

• $100 is a non-refundable service fee

Roommate Policy (For Double Occupancy Bookings):

If you select a double occupancy option and do not already have a roommate, you will be paired with another traveler if possible. Your room will be placed on hold but may not be officially secured until a suitable match is found. Roommate matching is not guaranteed. If a match cannot be made, or if your assigned roommate cancels, you will be responsible for covering the cost of a single occupancy room. We highly recommend having a confirmed roommate at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

All payments made toward the Tulum Takeover 2025 trip are non-refundable and non-transferable, including the $150 deposit, which covers a $100 planning/service fee and a $50 room deposit. Monthly payments are required to maintain your booking, and failure to make payments may result in cancellation without refund. All payments are invoiced and subject to a 3.5% + .30 processing fee.
If you cancel on or before August 1, 2025, you may be eligible for a partial refund of recoverable funds paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any vendor penalties. Cancellations made after August 1, 2025, are 100% non-refundable. Travel protection is strongly recommended, and only those with coverage may be eligible for reimbursement through an approved claim. In the rare event the trip is canceled by the host, you will be refunded all recoverable funds, minus the deposit and any non-recoverable vendor costs. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
