Flights - Each guest is responsible for their own roundtrip flight. There will be an option to add group flights later. If you’re purchasing your own flights, the airport code for Montego Bay is MBJ
HOW TO BOOK:
Select the room category of your choice based on the number of guests in your room. You and your roommate DO NOT have to submit your reservation form together. However if you have a roommate, you must list your roommate on your reservation form. In order for your price not to change, you and your roommate must submit your deposit by the deadline. If you submit your deposit and your roommate does not, you will be subject to the new rate after August 31, 2021.
Monthly Payment are MANDATORY!! No exception. You can enroll in the auto payment plan or an invoice will be sent to you on a monthly basis. If your payment is not made by the end of each month, a $25 late fee will be added to your invoice.

Travel insurance is not included in this package; however we highly recommend it. No Insurance, No refund!
Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date will incur an automatic $25 late fee.
Payments more than 30 days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.

Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment day will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Identification/travel documentation.
Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines and are not guaranteed.
All payments to Harrison’s Travels are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) visa is required.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. We WILL NOT send monthly payment reminders.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by Harrison’s Travels before the final payment deadline on your account.
