Thank you for signing up to join Focused Marriages Travel on our trip to Secrets in Playa del Carmen, MX.  Secrets Moxche opened in the fall of 2022 and has great reviews.

Travel insurance has been included in the pricing for each room category. While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend it. For pricing without travel insurance, please send an email request. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will be responsible for any flight delays, lost luggage, and other related issues on your own.

The monthly payment plan feature has a glitch with the calculations and the amount is off. I will send out monthly payment schedules until this problem is fixed.

What's not included:

1. AIRFARE- You must book your own airfare and send Focused Marriages Travel your travel information, to and from Mexico when you make your purchase.
2. If you choose to stay at a different property before checking in at the resort, either before or after the designated trip period, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation. The cost of ground transportation will be calculated with the activities fee and is not included in the cost of lodging. The activities fee will be collected in May. 
3. More information will be shared about what the activities fee covers. (ex. t-shirt, catamaran cruise, ground transportation, etc.)
4.  Ground transportation off the property if you are touring or going shopping. 
5.  Excursions outside of the activities fee being collected.
6.  Gratuity (for any service staff)

• The itinerary will be shared approximately a month before the trip. 
• I will share a look book by April for couples to prepare for the trip.

All cancellations will be processed in the order received. If you decide to cancel, you will receive a travel credit in the amount of $250.00 per person and the remaining balance on your account will be returned to you from the travel supplier within 14 days of cancelling your trip. I will not accept any cancellations after March 1, 2025.  All cancellations will be subject to penalties from the travel supplier and the resort. Focused Marriages will charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 per person for bookings cancelled after March 1, 2025. Travel supplier’s cancellations penalty is $50.00 per person after March 1, 2025 and the hotel cancellation policy is $50.00 per person after March 1, 2025. You must allow 7-14 days for all cancellations to be fully processed.
