SHARED ROOM NOTICE: all parties must be deposited in order to confirm the booking. If your roommate cancels, your room will need to be re-booked at the current prevailing rate. Monthly payments are required in order to keep your booking active (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly, you can pay more than that amount or less than that amount but a payment must be received each month). Your roommate also needs to be current on payments. Please choose wisely. Travel Insurance is strongly suggested as A Higher Purpose, LLC and its travel partners and suppliers DO NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, You must use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider,. Insurance options will be provided once trip is secured.) *If it is determined that a traveler within your group has made fraudulent claims related to credit card transactions with our company, the entire group may be at risk of cancellation without refund. Fraudulent claims included, but are not limited to, false charge backs, unauthorized disputes, or any intentional misrepresentation of transactions. Please choose your roommates wisely!
It may be necessary to change accommodations, transportation, activities or other services. In theses cases we will make reasonable efforts to provided comparable substitutions wherever possible. It is the attendee's discretion to attend some, all or none of the events, but the cost does not change, nor is it refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All payments to A Higher Purpose, LLC d/b/a Traveling Mercies Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because A Higher Purpose, LLC d/b/a Traveling Mercies Vacations has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. All cancelation and/or change requests must be in writing via email only to: hello@travelingmerciesvacations.com
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore HIGHLY recommended.
PASSPORT:
Traveling to Jamaica requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before October 20, 2025. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. A Higher Purpose, LLC d/b/a/ Traveling Mercies does not provide or validate travel requirements for non-US citizens.
You MUST purchase your own flight to Jamaica before January 10, 2025 and provide your flight details. Please note, if you are arriving or departing any time outside of our trip dates of April 17 and April-21, 2025, you are responsible for your transfers to and from the accommodations.
