All payments are per person and non-refundable due to international supplier requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.  You must adhere to payment plans, 2 missed payments will be subject to trip cancellation. Travel Package must be paid in full 60 days before trip departure.

Payments and Payment Plans
 
Deposits are due at time of booking. The platform will automatically generate a payment plan when you pay your deposit. If you would like to pay in full at any time, please contact us at travelingchucksinc@gmail.com. You will also receive monthly payment reminders and helpful trip details before departure!
 
 
Passport and Travel Information 
 
You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your departure from DXB. However, this can change at any point. Please visit travel.state.gov to view the current entry requirements for DXB. 
Please ensure your passport information is correct when submitting booking form. Name changes due to error will incur an additional fee.
You Don’t Plan for Emergencies!
