Embark on a full-day journey aboard our Catamaran as we transport you to the island of Caye Caulker. A slow drive thru the city, see the Belizean way of life, stops are made to see birds, flowering plants, trees along the path and the guide shares historic and current events that shape Belize. See old, new, developing structures, churches, schools, streetside vendors. British Honduras started, first by Pirates, then Mahagony loggers and slaves, relics of their time include colonial mansions, Mahagony chips and old rum bottles. on a slow sightseeing drive, Hear stories of the memorial tomb and lighthouse of our benefactor, the colonial houses, the memorial park, banks, churches, clinics, pharmacy, hospitals, schools and businesses. See the houses, flowering plants, birds and people.

Travel Reservation Payment Collection Policy

 Payment Deadline:

  • The payment deadline for all reservations is clearly stated in the booking confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the guest to make payment by this deadline to secure their reservation.

Payment Process:

  • Payments can be made through acceptable payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank.
  • Payment must be completed in full, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Consequences of Late Payment:

  • First Reminder: If payment is not received by the deadline, a reminder email will be sent to the guest. This email will include the new payment deadline and any additional instructions.  A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

  • Second Reminder: If payment is still not received by the extended deadline, a second reminder will be sent, indicating that the reservation is at risk of cancellation.  A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

  • Cancellation: If payment is not received by the final deadline specified in the second reminder, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The guest will be notified of the cancellation via email, and any previously paid amounts (if applicable) may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy.

Rebooking:

  • If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the guest may contact us to inquire about rebooking availability. However, rebooking is subject to availability and current rates, which may differ from the original reservation.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests experiencing unforeseen circumstances should contact BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL  immediately to discuss potential arrangements.
