Notes:

• $50 service fee🔥🔥 - Pay your $50 service fee here:  https://square.link/u/2ziDZSBB.  The $50 service fee and deposit MUST be paid in full before you are confirmed for your trip!

• When you enter your financial information and click "submit", your card will not be charged at that time.  You are only authorizing payment from your card.  Payment will be made using this information into the vendor supplier platform.  

• ATTENTION ROOMMATES- even if you are rooming with someone, select 1 traveler so that your individual financial information will be captured, UNLESS the lead traveler is paying for BOTH parties (making all payments themselves).  Your trip will be combined with your roommate and your total per person price will be reflected by your room occupancy on your itinerary. 

Travel Documents:

• A valid passport is required Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.
• Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.
• It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

Visa Requirements:

• U.S. citizen tourists entering Greece for fewer than 90 days do not require a visa.

 Vaccination Requirements:

• No vaccination requirements at this time. 
  • *It is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure that they are updated on the vaccination requirements. 

 
Tour Endurance:

• (Physical Activity) This tour is a continual moving itinerary.
• This tour includes riding for extended amounts of time (1 to 2 hour at times).
• Traveler must be able to walk short to long distances.
• Traveler must be able to climb stairs.

Cancellation Policy:

Immediately notify JC Royalty Xcapes to cancel or make changes to your vacation package. There is a change fee or cancellation fee of $50 that will be invoiced to you and payable to JC Royalty Xcapes and must be paid prior to any changes or cancellations.  All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by JC Royalty Xcapes and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties” assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators).  Certain excursion operators only allow a refund if canceled upon notice to them. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. 

 

Due to contractual agreements with vendors/suppliers, all payments received for JC Royalty Xcapes Customized Group Tours are non-refundable and non transferable. 

JC Royalty Xcapes will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we "JC Royalty Xcapes" have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour. JC Royalty Xcapes does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

All terms & conditions are listed below. Payment of the deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions for this tour.

 After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. All previous payments will be forfeited. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment, please email us immediately at jcroyaltyxcapes@gmail.com so we will know not to cancel your reservation. 

All travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.  Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
