ITINERARY:
- Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.

Impeccable Dream Vacations Terms and Conditions
Please Note: By registering and paying for this trip you are agreeing to Impeccable Dream Vacations' Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Impeccable Dream Vacations' Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy. To see the full terms and conditions please visit www.impeccabledreamvacations.com.
Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed. Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit/Debit Card Fees: A standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to the final purchase. This fee is not avoidable.
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 3 days of the scheduled payment date.
Failure To Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days (2 months) without submitting a payment or without discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be canceled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Impeccable Dream Vacations will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Impeccable Dream Vacations will be non-refundable and non-transferrable without travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds: All payments to Impeccable Dream Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Impeccable Dream Vacations has contractual agreements with our hotel, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize their travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Impeccable Dream Vacations' Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Impeccable Dream Vacations for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. As a reference, TravelInsurance.com can assist you in purchasing an insurance policy that is suitable for you.

Gratuities can be added at the time of booking or anytime up to the sail date. Guests who booked directly with Carnival may add their pre-paid gratuities on Carnival.com. If a guest booked with a travel agent, they may contact their travel professional to add pre-paid gratuities to their booking. Prepaid gratuities are reflected in the 'Miscellaneous Charge' field on the confirmation and in the guest's E-Documents.
Sail & Sign®
If guests have not pre-paid their gratuities, the recommended, per person, amount will be posted to their Sail & Sign account on the second to last day of the cruise. Should a guest not be satisfied with the service they receive, they can contact the Guest Services desk while on board. This will allow us to address their concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion. At the discretion of the guest, gratuities may be adjusted after they have been posted on the guest's account, while on board. Gratuities, as posted on a guest's Sail & Sign account, will be considered final after a guest disembarks and no changes will be made after the cruise.
