By signing below, I authorize uTravelPlus to charge the credit card provided herein upon proposal approval.

Please note that the credit card will not be charged in the case a payment agreement is made with McCare Global, subject to McCare's approval.

However, uTravelPlus reserves the right to keep this payment information in the event of cancellation and charge the $250 per person as indicated on our cancellation policy.

Cancellations and Name change requests must be submitted via email to info@utravelplus.com. A confirmation will be sent by uTravelPlus within 2-3 business days. Your booking will not be considered canceled or changed until a confirmation has been sent. Fees might be charged based on the Cancellation and Name Change Fee Schedule.

The Payment and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without notice.

Documentation:

All guests must provide their full legal names, EXACTLY as they appear on their travel documents by the final payment date, to avoid denial of boarding.

All guests require passports and proof of citizenship. 

In addition to your passport, a visa may be required. Visa requirements vary by country and are subject to change. 

It is the guest's responsibility to obtain the required visas and other documentation prior to the trip, including vaccinations for infectious diseases. Failure to arrive with proper documentation could result in denied boarding, and no further compensation will be offered.
