How to Make a Reservation

First, please select the number of travelers that you will be paying a deposit for. As you are selecting your package, please ensure that you are selecting the correct:

• Departure Airport
• Room Category
• Number of people in a room (that you will be submitting a deposit for)

All initial deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Additional payments are refundable until the final payment deadline. After which, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates. As a courtesy of your travel plans change, please notify your travel agent and roommates as soon as possible.

Travel insurance coverage will provide reimbursement in the unfortunate instance of a medical emergency, trip delays, and lost or delayed baggage and some form of reimbursement in the event you will need to cancel your trip.  Please note in most cases insurance must be purchased within 14 days of deposit date.

Airline Loyalty 

If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.

Las Vegas Resort Fees and Incidentals

Each room will be responsible for resort fees. Resort fees are very common in Las Vegas and must be paid directly to the hotel. The fees cover in-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader for duration of reservation; access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television; and fitness center access for guests 18+. Amenities, such as fitness center access, are subject to availability and guest demand.

The resort fee for Bellagio is $50.00 (plus tax) per night, per room. This fee is NOT included in the package total above and is due at the hotel.

The resort fee for Park MGM is $42.00 (plus tax) per night, per room. This fee is NOT included in the package total above and is due at the hotel.

Most Las Vegas hotels also require a refundable incidental deposit of $100 to $150 per day at check in. You will need a valid credit card to debit card to check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Game Information

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain tickets to the basketball game and other related events. Transportation to the game venue is NOT included in the travel package.
