Passports: It is highly recommended that you have a valid passport.
Hotel/Flights: Pre-/post- hotel and flights are not included. We highly recommend that you arrive in Miami the night before the cruise. This ensures you do not miss the cruise due to flight delays. Payment Terms:
Please be advised that this booking is with a contracted group; therefore, procedures may differ from when you book personal travel. Payment deadlines are solid and must be met. To avoid cancellation of your booking, please make sure you remain current with your payments (the terms can be found on your invoice and our terms and conditions). You are always able to pay in advance or pay extra as needed. Cabins may be auto-canceled should you miss a payment. In the event of an auto cancellation, a $50 charge will be accessed in order to reinstate the booking if space is available, and at it will be at the prevailing rate, which could be higher.
Our team must manually process all payments. Therefore, when you submit your payment, please allow 48 business hours for us to process and update your invoice. Weekend or holiday payments will be processed on the next business day.
Roommates:
Should your roommate default on payments or cancel, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or cover the total cost of your booking at the new rate.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing your vacation is bad enough. Unexpected circumstances can occur. A sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member before or during your trip could spoil your vacation. Not having any financial coverage or assistance is worse. Therefore, travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travel.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a tour with us, paying a deposit, or signing this agreement, you accept all of the terms in this agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons listed on the booking, including but not limited to any Minors for whom you are signing this agreement (also referred to individually as “Traveler” or “Travelers”), and direct us to perform services for each and every Traveler.
IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
PAYMENTS: We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy, Stripe) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card. Your payment will appear on your statement as Paradise Life Travel & Tours or Royal Caribbean.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
REFUNDS: You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Paradise Life Travel & Tours d/b/a Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Paradise Life Travel & Tours d/b/a Elite Lifestyle Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to pay monthly vacation payments.

Description
Enjoy our ATV adventure while visiting our gorgeous Sugar City, St. Kitts island. Unwind and bask in the hidden beauties of our island that only a few get to enjoy. Our experienced guides will satisfy your appetite from the starting point at the historic Wingfield Estate, formally owned by the grandfather of former US president Thomas Jefferson.Our ATV tour is great for both the beginner and the experienced rider. We ride as fast as the slowest rider. Safety is our #1 priority, so before you ride, we give orientation and safety instructions on operating the bikes. When you are comfortable and ready to ride, we take you through the winding sugar cane paths and majestic mountain range and unto our centuries-old sugar estate ruins and the famous Caribelle Batik.
After the ATV tour, you will be transported to Frigate Bay beach or cockleshell Beach, where you will be allowed to bath and relax for a maximum of three (3) hrs. Pickup time from the beach will be pre-arranged. The minimum pickup time before ship departure is one (1) hr.
