The 4-star Villa Royal Firenze Hotel or Similar (6 Nights)
The hotel is a former villa built in the 18th century. The Villa was the residence of Noble Families until 1956, before being turned into Hotel. Located in the historic center of Florence, it offers its Guests renovated room with all the comforts of the category including large private parking, swimming pool, large garden and all the charm of a noble Villa. Just a 15 minute walk to the Duomo and the city's main museum and historical attractions but with a secluded feel! Breakfast is scheduled every day from 7:00 am until 10 am. Rooms are soundproof. The hotel has 3 floors (ground floor, first and second floor). There is a small elevator with 2 people capacity. The cocktail bar is open 24/7 and serves drinks and food. During regular working hours, a professional mixologist is available to craft cocktails.

Our day begins as you step aboard a comfortable private bus, setting the stage for a seamless exploration. Equipped with state-of-the-art earphones, you will hear the fascinating the stories of these charming towns.

This 8-hour exploration promises a deep dive into the heart of Siena's rich history and culture. Siena, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, enchants with its medieval charm, winding alleyways, and magnificent Piazza del Campo, one of Europe's greatest medieval squares. Admire the striking Siena Cathedral, a stunning example of Italian Gothic architecture, known for its intricate facade, ornate interior, and breathtaking frescoes.
The impressive Palazzo Pubblico, an iconic medieval town hall housing the Civic Museum, showcases beautiful frescoes, including Ambrogio Lorenzetti's "Allegory of Good and Bad Government." Reservation Change Policy
Once your deposit is paid, the booking is considered final. If you wish to modify your reservation, a change fee of $150 USD per person per change/revision will be applicable and must be paid in advance of the change being made. This fee is applicable for changes such as upgrading your room, switching from single to double occupancy, or vice versa.
Payment Plan Policy
1. Autopay Option
An autopay payment plan is available upon booking and is highly recommended for your convenience. This hassle-free option ensures that your monthly payments are automatically deducted, providing you with peace of mind and eliminating the risk of missing a payment. To opt for the autopay option, simply select it during the booking process.
2. Non-Autopay Payment Plan
If you choose not to opt for the autopay option and are unable to pay in full at booking, you have the alternative of selecting the non-autopay payment plan. Please note that if you opt for the non-autopay payment plan option, you are expected to make a monthly payment on your trip. The amount will be calculated by the platform at the time of booking. You are obligated to make your payments on a monthly and timely basis without the need for demand or contact from our end. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment plan may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notice or refund.
3. Policy Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the non-autopay payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the terms outlined in this Payment Plans Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payments are made punctually according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Refund Policy: U.S. regulations allow you 24 hours to cancel your booking for a full refund. Should you need to cancel for any reason after 24hrs from booking, all payments will be final, non-refundable, non-transferable. & no credits issued per the nature of this trip. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY. By booking this trip you are agreeing to acquire Travel Insurance to cover your during this trip and share it with BaldGirlWillTravel LLC at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip. It is recommended that you purchase a policy that includes "cancel for any reason" travel insurance to protect you in case of any unforeseen cancellation or accident.
BaldgirlwilltravelLLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to extenuating circumstances.
As a participant on any BaldgirlwilltravelLLC trip, it is your responsibility to make sure you are in compliance with all country, airline or vendor requirements including vaccines and other documents. No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to obtain the required documents or if there’s a sudden change in country/airline requirements resulting in your cancellation.
