Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
All cancellations must be in writing.
The cancellation fee is $175.
This policy pertains to the guest who cancels due to positive covid test, health issues or any other reason. All refunds will be processed 30 days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will not be issued without the purchase of Travel Protection. There is still a cancellation fee of $175 even with Travel Protection. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

5. You will be charged a deposit for one person
6. Check out by clicking "Pay and Book"
7. Send an email or call to provide roommate information; at that time the two bookings will be merged and the price will now reflect a double occupancy booking and separate invoices will be maintained
