CANCELLATIONS:

Non-refundable deposit at any point of cancellation

Cancellations made between or before the third payment will receive a credit of the amount paid, less the deposit, to be used for future travel.

Cancellations made after the third payment and between the end will be subject to a non-refund penalty.

Name changes will be allowed before the third payment, with a charge of $200

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 

1. When you book this package, you are accepting all our Terms & Conditions.

2. Every person traveling must verify that they have their documents up to date, a minimum valid passport up to 6 months after the date of return.
 
3. Although it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to guarantee your investment to have international coverage travel insurance. This insurance is not included in your travel package. Consult us for options.
 
4. The package will be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of USD 200.00 per person. The other payments will go according to the schedule described here.
If the person reserves our package outside the stipulated dates, full payment will be required.
 
5. Payments can be made by deposit or bank transfer to our Chase account #803133227 or Zelle using our phone number:
678 662-6985. In case of payments by credit/debit card, 3.5% of the amount to be charged must be increased.
 
6. If the trip is affected by reasons of force majeure (governments closing borders, restricting entry to some nationalities in particular, etc.) a rescheduling will be worked on with a new travel date, under the same conditions. The money that has been paid up to that moment will remain as a credit for the new departure.
 
7. Reservations must be made with the names and information as it appears in the passports.
 
8. Seat assignment is handled by the airline (we will do our best to accommodate you with your travel partner) all flight details will be published about 30 days prior to departure.

9. Name changes are allowed up until the final payment, with $200 fee, plus any other fee from our suppliers.

10. Any late payment after the due date final in schedule, will be charged with $150 per person, unless it was approved by the agency in advance.
 
11. A WhatsApp group will be created about 45 days before the trip to share information in common.
 
12. The prices always will be showed in Double Occupancy (2 Pax per Room) a supplement for Single Occupancy (1Pax per Room) will be required.
