You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. Insurance must be added to your booking immediately.  This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

 

The following benefits are provided and are not insurance benefits. 

 

Cancellations: You can cancel for any reason 2 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase insurance, your hotel cost, minus the cost of insurance ($104.99), the deposit ($100), taxes, and fees will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a GPP Voucher.

GPP Voucher Information:

• Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
• The vouchers are non-transferable, and name changes will not be accepted.
• Passengers have one year from the original travel date to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
• GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher; however, the expiration date of your original voucher will not change if you have to cancel your trip again.
• Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
