After three years of building this vision, Travel Advisors Traveling Together is finally happening — and Australia is where we begin.
This is not a FAM trip. There are no name tags (well maybe on the first day so we get to know each other), no rushed group dinners with a supplier pitch over dessert, and no packed itinerary that leaves you more exhausted than inspired. T.A.T.T. is peer-led, flexible, and designed around one simple idea — travel advisors experiencing a destination the way they'd design it for their best clients. There is time for you to conduct your business while you are learning and experiencing too.
Australia in March 2027 is our founding trip. And we want the right people in the room.

Depart US: March 16, 2027
Arrive Australia: March 18, 2027
In Australia: March 18–28, 2027
Depart Australia: March 28, 2027 (Saturday)
Arrive home US: March 28, 2027 (same day arrival — the date line works in your favor on the way home)
Total time away from home: approximately 13 days including travel days.

Domestic airfare Sydney to Melbourne is not included in the base price. When securing your spot you will have the option to add group flight coordination for the Sydney–Melbourne leg — just select yes on the booking form and we'll handle the rest.
Group coordination is also available for international airfare — let me know if you are interested.

Complete the Aussie Specialist course prior to departure
All T.A.T.T. Australia attendees are required to complete the Aussie Specialist course before we depart. At approximately 90 minutes of your time, it is one of the best investments you can make before arriving in Australia. You will land informed, confident, and ready to sell Australia from day one. This is not just a checkbox — it is part of what makes T.A.T.T. a genuine professional development experience rather than just a trip.
Your Australian connection — OzSidekick
Our DMC partner for this trip is OzSidekick — one of Australia and New Zealand's most exceptional destination management companies. As a T.A.T.T. Australia attendee you will be introduced to the OzSidekick team and registered in their system as a travel advisor partner.
OzSidekick are known in the industry for their outstanding customer service — travel advisors who work with them don't go anywhere else. When you get home and your clients ask about Australia or New Zealand, you will have a trusted, responsive DMC already in your corner ready to help you deliver exceptional experiences.

Single room: $6,922 AUD per person ($4,980 + $1,942 single supplement)
Pricing is based on current supplier quotes and will be confirmed once supplier negotiations are complete. Early depositors will benefit from any reduction in final pricing.
All pricing is in Australian dollars. Current exchange rate: approximately $1 AUD = $0.69 USD. Exchange rates are subject to change.
BOOKING OPTIONS: When securing your spot please select the option that applies to you:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A deposit of 20% of your total tour cost is required to secure YOUR spot.

Of your deposit, $250 AUD is non-refundable as it is paid directly to our Australian DMC partner to secure your place on the ground. The remaining balance of your deposit is fully refundable prior to January 10, 2027.
By January 10, 2027: Balance of tour costs payable in full.
GROUP SIZE: This founding trip is limited to 15 Travel Advisors plus your host Karen Cherrett. 16 people total. Small enough that you'll know everyone by name long before we leave Sydney.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Deposits are subject to the terms and conditions of our Australian DMC partner. Please note that special terms and conditions apply to group bookings of 8 or more passengers. These will be provided to you prior to final payment and entering into any binding agreement. You are welcome to request these terms at any time — simply contact Karen.
Placing a deposit constitutes acceptance of the deposit terms outlined above.
FOUNDING GROUP DEPOSITS CLOSE MAY 31, 2026. After this date we take our committed numbers to our Australian suppliers to begin final itinerary and pricing negotiations. With only 15 spots available we don't expect these to last until May.
A NOTE FROM KAREN: I've been carrying this idea for three years. The concept is simple — travel advisors deserve a better way to experience destinations, learn from each other, and come home genuinely inspired rather than just checked out. This was initially going to be a trip that also included partners, but I've decided to keep it simple for this first trip by only allowing Travel Advisors to attend.
Australia has been on my list since the beginning as it is where I was born and raised. Our DMC partner on the ground is exceptional, the itinerary is being built around real advisor needs, and this trip is happening regardless of numbers.
