- A convenience fee is applied to each payment Credit card payments will be charged a 4.5% + $0.30 processing fee & bank transfers transfers will be charged a 2.5% processing fee.
- US Passport is REQUIRED. Please ensure that passport is valid until at least October 2024.

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, we must be notified of the cancellation in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your cancellation in writing. Cancellation fees below apply to the land packages and/or services.
120 - 61 days prior to arrival –Deposit plus 25% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
60 - 31 days prior to arrival– Deposit plus 40% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
30 - 07 days prior to arrival – Deposit plus 75% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - Deposit plus 90% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
Less than 72 hours or No Show–No Refund.
For packages with flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. A separate cancellation policy is applicable for flights (which would be advised as and when required).
