As a participant in the Trophy Club Women's Club ("TCWC") Travel Club, I pledge to conduct myself with the grace and kindness appropriate of a representative of TCWC.  Those individuals who engage in disruptive or inappropriate conduct, such as excessive intoxication or rudeness, may not be invited to future trips organized by TCWC Travel Club.

Prices are subject to change until my deposit is received. Lifetime Travel will notify me of any price adjustments prior to the processing of my payment. Upon confirmation of the price, I authorize Lifetime Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the specified amount on the current date. This payment is for the services outlined on the invoice. I acknowledge that all payments made to Lifetime Travel are non-refundable.
