With the idea of creating a memorable experience for our guests, Seadust Cancun Family Resort allows each family member to design their vacation in their own way. Discover the additional services we offer which are sure to make your vacation relaxing and unforgettable.
BABYSITTING SERVICE - You’ll need to reserve one day in advance. Service charge: $20.00 USD per hour for one or two children. To request more information about this service, call the operator by dialing "0" from your suite.
LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING - To request this service, call the operator by dialing "0" from your suite and we will provide you with information on costs and delivery times.
CAR RENTAL - Each rental includes insurance, taxes and unlimited mileage. The size of the car varies from economy to vehicles for 15 people. For more information call extension 6575. Opening hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PHARMACY - Located next to the Lobby Bar. For more information, please dial extension 6110. Opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:50 p.m.
MEDICAL SERVICE - The medical clinic is located next to the lobby. Consultations have an additional charge. For more information call the operator by dialing "0" from your suite. Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
SEADUST STORES -Located in the lobby. Here you can find souvenirs, food, drinks and beach items. For more information, dial extension 6695. Opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Changes and Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received before November 22, 2023 have no penalty.
Cancellations on or after November 23, 2023 will incur 100% penalty. Cancel for free up to 31 days prior to arrival. 100 percent penalty in cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival. No shows or late cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the booking and no refunds will apply.
Payment Deadline:
- The payment deadline for all reservations is clearly stated in the booking confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the guest to make payment by this deadline to secure their reservation.
Payment Process:
- Payments can be made through acceptable payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank.
- Payment must be completed in full, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Consequences of Late Payment:

First Reminder: If payment is not received by the deadline, a reminder email will be sent to the guest. This email will include the new payment deadline and any additional instructions. A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

Second Reminder: If payment is still not received by the extended deadline, a second reminder will be sent, indicating that the reservation is at risk of cancellation. A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

Cancellation: If payment is not received by the final deadline specified in the second reminder, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The guest will be notified of the cancellation via email, and any previously paid amounts (if applicable) may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy.
Rebooking:
- If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the guest may contact us to inquire about rebooking availability. However, rebooking is subject to availability and current rates, which may differ from the original reservation.
Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests experiencing unforeseen circumstances should contact BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL immediately to discuss potential arrangements.
