We're traveling June 10–14, 2027, in honor of a very special woman, our guest of honor, Shayla.

This is your chance to immerse yourself in the beauty and rhythm of Cartagena. Spend five days in the heart of Getsemaní, with a stylish boutique hotel as your home base, hosted group experiences throughout, and time built in to explore the city your way.

Kick things off in style—Our welcome cocktail reception takes over the OSH rooftop at golden hour, with a cocktail and canapés for every guest, a private waiter, and sunset views over the walled city.

Sail the Caribbean on a private catamaran—Spend a full day on the water with our private boat to the Rosario Islands, including the famous Cholón party stop—turquoise water, music, and island energy all day long.

Get dressed up for The Big Night—A professional group photoshoot with everyone in their looks, followed by our Signature Dinner at Candé, a beautiful colonial house restaurant in the Old Town with live music and traditional dance, plus a celebration cake and décor for our guest of honor.

Explore or unwind at your leisure—A free day to make your own, with optional excursions (mud volcano, rum and chocolate tasting, cooking class, salsa lessons, a beach club day) plus the hotel's included OSH Moments experiences—a free walking tour, coffee tasting, and yoga.

Indulge in Cartagena's food scene—From daily breakfast at the hotel to the Signature Dinner and the city's famous seafood and street food, come hungry.

This is a HOSTED Travel With LoveLee experience. Your host, Lisa, travels with the group and is on site throughout—your itinerary, transfers, reservations, and group experiences are handled, so you simply show up and enjoy.

4-Night Hotel Stay: Stay at OSH Hotel Getsemaní, a boutique hotel in the heart of Getsemaní, with daily breakfast included for two guests per room.

Welcome Cocktail Reception: A golden-hour welcome reception on the OSH rooftop—one cocktail and three canapés per guest with a private waiter, overlooking the walled city.

Private Catamaran Day: A full-day private catamaran excursion to the Rosario Islands with the famous Cholón party stop—turquoise water, music, and island time.

Signature Dinner at Candé: A group dinner at Restaurante Candé in the Old Town—a beautiful colonial house with a set menu, live music, and traditional dance performances.

Professional Group Photoshoot: A dressed-up professional group photoshoot before the Signature Dinner, with digital photos included—a keepsake from The Big Night.

Celebration Cake & Décor: A celebration cake and décor at the Signature Dinner in honor of our Gemini's.

Roundtrip Airport Transfers: Group transfers between Cartagena's CTG airport and the hotel for travelers arriving within the group arrival window.

Private Evening Transportation: Private transportation for the group's scheduled evening activities, so the crew moves together, safely and easily.

OSH Moments Experiences: The hotel's included experiences for guests—a free guided walking tour, Colombian coffee tasting, and yoga sessions, per the hotel's schedule.

Welcome Gift: A Travel With LoveLee welcome gift waiting for you on arrival.

Hosted Group Experience: A fully hosted experience with Lisa traveling with the group—your itinerary, reservations, and group moments are curated and handled for you.

What's not included

Airfare Travel Cost: Flights are not included in the land-only package. Travelers book their own flights to Cartagena (CTG) arriving June 10, 2027.

Travel Insurance Plan: Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased independently if desired for coverage and protection.

Personal Spending Money: Souvenirs, shopping, extra food or drinks outside the listed inclusions, and personal expenses are not included.

Tips & Gratuity Fees: Recommended tips for hotel staff, drivers, guides, and excursion teams are not included.

Extra Optional Tours: Any additional excursions beyond the listed inclusions—such as the mud volcano, rum & chocolate tasting, cooking class, salsa lesson, beach club day pass, emerald experience, sunset cruise, ATV tour, or private yacht upgrade—are available at additional cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required to enter Colombia and must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of travel. For this trip, passports must not expire on or before December 14, 2027. Travelers with passports expiring before this date will be required to renew prior to travel.

Deposit: A $200 per room deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel insurance is purchased.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT included in your package and must be purchased independently. Travel With LoveLee and its partners do not issue refunds. In the event of cancellation, all refund requests must be submitted directly through your third-party travel insurance provider (see their terms and conditions). Options will be provided once your trip is secured.

Insurance Requirement Window: Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Final Payment: All final payments are due no later than April 26, 2027. Late payments may result in cancellation or penalties.

Name Changes: Name changes are permitted with a $50 fee prior to the final payment deadline. After the final payment deadline, a $100 fee will apply.

Package Coverage: This booking covers the land-only package—hotel accommodations and the listed group experiences. Flights are NOT included and must be purchased separately. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and applied. Prices are subject to change until deposit is secured.

Travel Documents: All travel documents will be issued and sent 21–30 days prior to departure.

Flights / Airport Code: Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights. The designated arrival airport is CTG (Rafael Núñez International Airport) in Cartagena, arriving Thursday, June 10, 2027. Travelers arriving within the group arrival window will join the group airport transfer.

Cancellations & Changes: All cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing via email only to: info@travelwithlovelee.com

Payment Reminder Schedule: Automatic reminders will be sent to participants: 7 days before due date, 3 days before due date, on the due date, and "Late notice" 2 days after due date.

Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active. Clients may pay the scheduled installment amount, more, or less; however, a payment must be received each month to maintain an active reservation.

Travel Agent Notes: ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE A ROOM, ALL REQUIRED DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT, THE RESERVATION CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE COMPLETE.

June 10, 2027 – Thursday: Arrival + Welcome Cocktail Reception – Touch down in Cartagena! Settle into OSH Hotel Getsemaní in the heart of colorful Getsemaní, then join your fellow travelers for a welcome cocktail reception on arrival evening. Roundtrip Flights — Philadelphia (PHL) to Cartagena (CTG). OSH Hotel Getsemaní – 4 nights at OSH Hotel Getsemaní in Getsemaní, Cartagena. Daily breakfast included.

June 11, 2027 – Friday: Free Day + Optional Add-Ons – A free day to explore at your own pace, with optional add-ons: Totumo mud volcano, rum & chocolate tasting, cooking class, salsa lesson, beach club, or a sunset cruise.

June 12, 2027 – Saturday: Free Day + Group Photoshoot + Signature Dinner at Candé – Enjoy a free day in Cartagena, then get glammed up — everyone dressed to impress — for our professional group photoshoot in the early evening. Then the main event: the Signature Dinner at Candé, a beautiful colonial-house restaurant in the Old Town with live music and traditional dance, held in honor of our Gemini's.

June 13, 2027 – Sunday: Private Catamaran — Rosario Islands + Cholón – A full day on the water! Sail by private catamaran to the Rosario Islands with a party stop at Cholón. Sun, sea, music, and good vibes 

June 14, 2027 – Monday: Departure – After breakfast, check out of OSH Hotel Getsemaní and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
