Flights to and from Bali are not included. Clients are responsible for booking their own airfare. PLEASE ARRIVE ON JUNE 15, 2026.

Strongly recommended but not included. This should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
💉 Vaccinations & Health Prep (IF APPLICABLE)
Required immunizations (like Hepatitis A or Typhoid) or any COVID-related tests and documents aren't covered.
🛂 Visa Fees (if applicable)
Depending on their nationality, clients may need a visa to enter Indonesia.
🍹 Alcoholic Beverages Outside of Yacht Party and Meals
Drinks outside of hosted events (like the yacht party) are at personal expense.
🧖♀️ Spa Services
Massages, facials, and other wellness treatments are optional and not included unless specified.
🚖 Additional Transportation
Any transportation outside of scheduled events (e.g., club hopping, off-itinerary excursions) will be on your own.
👜 Souvenirs & Shopping
Personal shopping expenses, including local crafts and boutique finds.
📶 Wi-Fi/Data Plans
While some hotels offer free Wi-Fi, mobile data or SIM cards are not included.
📸 Professional Photoshoots
Besides the jungle swing photo, additional professional photography or videography sessions would be extra.
Cultural Dress Etiquette: Respectful clothing for temple visits (shoulders/knees covered).
Essential Items: Sunscreen, bug spray, power adapters (Indonesia uses type C & F, 230V), and reusable water bottles.
Weather: June is dry season—expect warm days and cooler nights in Ubud.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
• Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.
• I understand all payments to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
• THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE
• We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE
PASSPORT
• A Valid passport that expires later than 6 months after this trip is required.
DEPOSIT
The required Deposit amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option that is available as an upgrade on several of the comprehensive travel insurance plans and is a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip more than 48 hours before their departure date.
Missing a vacation is bad enough but losing the money you paid is even worse. That being said, purchasing trip cancellation insurance through Faye Travel Insurance (at time of booking or within 10 days of booking. If you decide to purchase within the 10 days, please contact Yolanda Riley at 512-694-9574 to request an Invoice and pay for Faye Travel Insurance, or you may select a Travel Insurance company of your choice)
If you decline to purchase insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss of funds or additional expenses incurred.
This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for any cancellation initiated by the guest. You will not receive a refund nor a travel credit. All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is NON REFUNDABLE. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
• You are responsible for your Airline Flights
• At check-in at Hotels/Resorts, a Credit Card will be required to cover personal incidentals.
• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30-60 days before travel.
• A Facebook Event page specific to this trip will be created.
• A WhatsApp Group will be created.
• Zoom calls will be setup to go over the Trip Details.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
• Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month. Final payment for this trip must be received NO Later than the Final Payment Date. Traveljoy’s credit card processing fees will be reflected monthly on the invoice under the title of Convenience Fee.
• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.
CONVENIENCE FEES
The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees. Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in each monthly payments.
ITINERARY
Detailed Itinerary: Day by Day schedule to be released 30-60 days in advance to plan your free time and your Themed Outfits (if any).
🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY
At All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, we curate unforgettable travel experiences with precision, passion, and meticulous planning. Because this is a custom group package with pre-arranged accommodation, excursions, and services, we operate under a strict No Cancellation, No Refund policy.
TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
TRANSFERABLE TRIP:
If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it is at our discretion as to if we will allow this to happen, due to our policy. If you are allowed to transfer your trip, this has to be done within 30 days prior to departure. Should you have a roommate, you must obtain approval in writing from said roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request, if the said roommate is okay with the change.
Further, any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document.
All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is Non-Refundable. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@AllLuxeTravel.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 512-694-9574 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC is non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, terrorism, airline strikes, changes in government policy, or severe weather. No refunds will be issued for force majeure events.
