Booking Instructions
- To book a single or double occupancy room, select the Package rate and complete the registration below. Your price will be adjusted to include the single supplement as necessary.
- If your roommate is paying for his/her trip separately, then they should register and book separately.
- Group will depart from Atlanta for direct international flights so please select these departure cities while registering. If you need a flight from a different city, please notate on your registration form. Once flights are confirmed, group will be informed of the rates and package rates will be adjusted to include flights.
- Travel insurance can be added to deposit but must be paid in full at time of booking.

This rate includes 9-day/8-night hotel stays through Johannesburg, Pilanesberg National Park, and Cape Town, tours, intra Africa transfers, roundtrip airport transfers from Columbia, SC, roundtrip airport transfers to/from South African airports, intra Africa flights, gratuities for lodge staff, drivers, tour guides, and game trackers, porterage, 8 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners.
International flights from USA are not included. C&S Tours will assist with booking these flights in Fall 2025.
FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM, YOUR PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED TO INCLUDE THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT AFTER BOOKING.
