Q. DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer: NO,  For U.S. citizens, a passport is not required to take a closed loop sailing (though it's always recommended, especially when visiting foreign ports of call). If your cruise begins and ends in the same U.S. port -- for example, sailing roundtrip Miami to Miami -- then you are embarking on what is considered a closed loop cruise, You will only need a birth certificate and valid state identification card or drivers license. Click Here

Q. DO I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED TO CRUISE?

Answer: NO,

Vaccinated guests must continue to provide evidence of their vaccination status prior to embarkation. Pre-cruise testing is no longer required, except for cruises to Canada, Bermuda, Greece and Australia (per local guidelines), and on voyages 16 nights or longer.

Unvaccinated guests are welcome to sail and are no longer required to apply for a vaccine exemption, except for cruises in Australia or on voyages 16 nights and longer.

 Unvaccinated guests or those who do not provide proof of vaccination must present the results of a negative PCR or antigen test taken within three days of embarkation.

Q. DO CHILDREN PAY THE SAME AS ADULTS?

Answer: YES,  Cruise fares are per person which includes children and infants. Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail

Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL ONBOARD?

Answer: NO, Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board with the following exception

At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750 ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person

in their carry-on luggage. A $15 USD corkage fee per 750 ml bottle, will be charged should guests wish to consume their wine or champagne in the main dining room, steakhouse

or bar.  Guests are prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages onboard that are packaged in bottles. A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages

(i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought onboard on embarkation day and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity

is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces (ca 350 ml) each or less per person.

All liquor, beer, other forms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages outside of the exceptions referenced above are strictly prohibited in both carry-on and checked luggage and

such items will be confiscated and discarded and no compensation will be providedClick here

 
Required Travel Documents:
 

A PASSPORT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ANY U.S. CITIZEN TAKING A CRUISE THAT BEGINS AND RETURNS TO THE SAME OR DIFFERENT U.S. PORT

It is highly recommended that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel (unless otherwise noted). This will enhance the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the United States to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the United States without significant delays and complications.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government identification or passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may apply.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • Packages are customized and curated by Bri’s Essence of Paradise, LLC.  Any Excursions/Activities that are or may be planned along with our exclusive gift bags are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.  You may; however, choose not to participate
  • Flight Assistance is available upon request/Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines unless you pay an extra cost for seat assignment
  • Name Change Fee – $50 before final payment date on your invoice; + any vendor fees before or after final payment date on your invoice.
  • This trip is set up and established with a monthly payment plan.  A late payment fee of $50 per person will be added to any invoice where payment is 15 days past due.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
  • You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • In the event that your roommate chooses to cancel, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate unless you find a replacement (name change fee of $50 applies for Bri’s Essence of Paradise, LLC + any vendor fees )
  • Monthly Payment Schedule is set up upon checkout.  IF 2 or more payments are missed and travel insurance is not purchased, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be issued without the purchase of proper travel insurance.
  • In the event that your trip has been cancelled due to lack of maintaining adequate payments, a trip reinstatement fee of $75 can be paid for you to be added back to the trip schedule as long as the departure date is no less than 60 days out and availability options are open. 
  • All guests waive, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Bri’s Essence of Paradise, LLC and affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. While at the Resort, if there are any damages to property, the guests are solely responsible to return property to its original state. Any damages will be the sole responsibility of the guest
  • Guests agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium
  • When the departure date is less than 90 days, Guest(s) must pay their stateroom in full to hold their spot

Thank you for choosing Bri's Essence of Paradise, LLC to provide you with an amazing travel experience!   The terms and conditions of Bri's Essence Paradise, LLC specify that there is a $100 per person cancellation fee that will be assessed by you for the cancellation of your trip/vacation for any reasons other than that of the Host, Bri's Essence of Paradise, LLC.  This includes and is not limited to inclement weather, personal reasons, work related, pandemics, etc..     ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
