Group Trip Cancellation Policy Disclaimer
Disclaimer:
By participating in our Group trip services, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the tour cost to cover administrative expenses.
- 60 to 89 days before departure: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
- 45 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 45 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by the Tour Operator:
- If the operator cancels the tour, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made to us without any deductions.
3. Modifications by the Customer:
- Changes to the booking (e.g., change of date) may be made more than 60 days before departure, subject to availability, and may incur a modification fee.
- No changes are allowed less than 30 days before departure.
4. Non-refundable Costs:
- Certain expenses like permits, non-refundable hotel bookings, and airline tickets may not be refundable. In such cases, the refund will exclude these costs.
5. Force Majeure:
- No refunds will be given for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or severe weather conditions. We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
6. Insurance:
- Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. It is strongly recommended that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of property. Please contact info@beprettytravel for insurance options.
7. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.
8. Complaints:
- Any complaints should be communicated to the tour operator in writing within 7 days of the tour's conclusion. While we strive to resolve all issues amicably, the refund terms specified above will still apply.

Wondering why there’s a price difference between single and double occupancy reservations? Here’s the scoop:
Double Occupancy: Shared accommodation between two Sisters.
Single Occupancy: Designed for one Sister, usually smaller in size, especially in Europe. This often requires a ‘single supplement fee,’ which increases the price.
Booking as a single occupancy might feel intimidating, especially if you don’t want to be alone. You might not have someone to travel with due to various reasons like finances or health. However, sharing a room with someone, even if they’re a stranger, can be an exciting and enriching experience!
How does Roommate Matching work?
