By participating in our tour services, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department. Cancellations will be processed according to the date received.

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the deposit: A full refund of the deposit will be issued.
    • Cancellations made after 7 days of the deposit: No refunds will be granted.

  3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your tour, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled departure. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

  4. Weather and Emergencies: Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the tour at no additional cost.

  5. Liability: Our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including cancellation of the tour, without prior notice. We will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of the tour.

  6. Acknowledgment: By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy and agree to adhere to its terms.
