Terms & Conditions Agreement for Travel Services

1. Role of Travel Advisor

• I act as an independent travel advisor who facilitates travel planning, booking, and concierge services on your behalf.

• I work with trusted suppliers, vendors, and travel partners; however, I do not own, operate, or control these third-party providers.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to review all travel documents (invoices, confirmations, itineraries, passports, visas, vaccination requirements) for accuracy.

• You are responsible for providing correct legal names, dates of birth, and other required information at the time of booking.

• You agree to make payments by the stated deadlines to avoid cancellation or loss of reservation.

3. Payments & Fees

• All deposits and payments are subject to the terms of the supplier or vendor.

• Advisor planning fees, research fees, or service fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable.

• Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made and confirmed by the supplier.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation and change policies are determined by the supplier, not the advisor.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by the supplier according to their policies.

• Advisor service fees are non‑refundable, even if the trip is canceled for any reason.

5. Travel Protection

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

• If you decline insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss related to trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

6. Travel Requirements & Documentation

• You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and health protocols.

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date (for most destinations).

• Failure to meet requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Assumption of Risk

• Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather disruptions, political instability, or supplier changes.

• By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the advisor is not liable for events outside of their control.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for acts, errors, delays, or omissions of third-party suppliers.

• I am not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses resulting from travel.

• My liability is limited to the amount of advisor service fees paid directly to me.

9. Communication & Authorization

• You authorize me to act on your behalf when communicating with suppliers to arrange travel services.

• You agree to timely communication regarding approvals, payments, and required documentation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, signing this agreement, or approving your itinerary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
