*Monthly payments must be submitted online via your invoice by the 15th of the month unless other arrangements have been made.
*Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 7 days prior to departure.
*You MUST purchase your own flights to Cancun, Mexico (CUN)
*You MUST provide me with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Cancun.
A valid U.S. Passport is required. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or lack of necessary travel/medical documents.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the dates of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Immunizations may also be required. Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate or embassy of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Failure to comply with any required regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. Prescient Travels, LLC LLC will not be held responsible for any travelers' failure to comply and refunds will not be provided.
Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travels with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).
Terms and Policies
Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Prescient Travel, LLC's Terms & Conditions.
Reservations: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Price: Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Submit your deposit today to lock in the current rate.
Payments: All Payments made to Prescient Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Prescient Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Payment Processing: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The total amount (including the convenience fee) will be displayed prior to purchase.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Prescient Travel, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Prescient Travel, LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.
